BioInfrequent, scattered thoughts-trying to make sense of this thing called gender, within life.
Please keep a few things in mind. This journal is just as much personal as it is expression of my thoughts, commentary and analysis on what gender means in general. Since it is personal, I realize that not all my analysis of situations is absolute truth nor can it necessarily be corroborated with other transpeoples experiences. That in mind, my experience is not THE transgender experience. I am a unique person with my individual quirks, ideas, interests and personality characteristics just like every one else.
Also, as it is a personal journal, some content follows my train of thought and may create some structural confusions for some of you, so if there is question, please ask. And if you find it strange that I use abbreviations for people's names, I'm just trying to careful as there's no telling who reads this and I don't mean to offend anyone :)
While I welcome guests to visit and read my journal, I expect for comments to be courteous and respectful. You are welcome to friend me, but please send me a message first if I don't already know who you are. There are trolls in our midst! If we're friends in real life, I encourage you friend me if you haven't already done so(or create a lj account, even if you don't post, then u read many of my other entries. Also feel free to pass this on to mutual friends.
